National Association of Realtors® Extends Preferred Partnership with BOSSCAT™ Home Services for REALTOR® Benefits
BOSSCAT™, formerly PunchListUSA, announced the extension of its preferred partnership with the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) from the initial pilot announced in September 2022. This continued partnership provides NAR’s 1.5 million members access to BOSSCAT’s online instant estimates, marketplace ordering technology, and local turnkey repair, renovation, and maintenance services.

As part of this renewal, NAR members will retain free access to BOSSCAT’s online repair estimates, which are obtainable simply by uploading a home inspection PDF through the NAR REALTOR Benefits® website. Realtors® in BOSSCAT’s service areas will also continue to receive a 5% homeowner discount on the company’s turnkey repair and renovation services.
